Quilting.....

Yesterday at Club Quilt ,as I said in my previous post I actually quilted a few quilts...the lovely Linda sent to me a couple of weeks ago these quilting gloves, well I did try them out and they were excellent...perfect fit, so Linda once again thanks so much....

  1. Do the gloves really make a difference in the ease with which you can manipulate the quilt sandwich under the needle?
My machine quilting skills are next to hopeless for anything but straight lines; wonder if gloves would help.

  2. I love the quilt that is under the machine in this post. Gorgeous colours. You are certainly on a roll with all this quilting now.
You have inspired me to try quilting a pot holder or something small to start with.

  3. Wonderful fabrics Peg! We learned to use two sponges with a sanded background (is this English...). Works great.
I see your machine has a metal open foot, did you buy it seperataly? Mine is made of plastic.
And the speed you’re using to quilt, OMG... how do you manage to get even stitches?
