Our online stitching group, FIS, we have just had the first swap for the year…our theme was Red Brolly…

And just check this out….my very own personalized recipe folder…this absolutely gorgeous gift was made for me by Dawnie…you have guessed it, I was totally blown away…love the fabric, and I think she looks just like me….!!!!..….Dawnie thank you so much…mwah….(we just cleaned out our pile of recipes the other day that was sitting on our microwave)……..

I have received the most perfect gift…

Today we have a group of 11 ladies from Club Quilt heading on a road trip…not a big one, just to Dubbo to Craft Alive, we are starting our day at a new Cafe that has opened up here in town for Breakfast, then off to Dubbo, to the show, we might have morning tea there, and then heading out for a late lunch or afternoon tea, should be a good day…

33 years ago…….we were married in my Nan and Pa’s garden…..I was 21 and DH was 22….please meet Mr. Perfect…..LOL

My gorgeous friend Dale and I were heading off to GDITC today….

My darling friend has been caring for her sister who was diagnosed with cancer last year, her DS has lost her battle…

This afternoon friends and family will gather to celebrate her life….

Both Dale and I wish all our friends the best time at GDITC, we will be there next year, so look out!!!!!!….

This year at GDITC we had to make our own name tag….

Can you guess what my name is…this is the name tag I had made, I just had to show you my little creation…..this years tutor is Sue Daley (English Paper Piecing)….

GDITC…not long now….

It was a busy weekend….there were a few projects that I needed to finish…and….I needed to get a few things organized for GDITC….only four sleeps and we head off to Cottage On The Hill in Nundle, for a wonderful weekend and this year the guest tutor is Sue Daley……this is the fifth GDITC that Dale and I have been to…and this year there are so many bloggers attending…catch up with a lot of them and also a lot of “meet for the first time", I am like a 5 year old, so excited…….so next week it is going to be picture overload on Happy In Quilting…
