Saturday night we went to celebrate a 50th Wedding Anniversary with some very special friends…during his speech my DH was called up….….our very dear friend Ken had made a bet with James over 30 years ago…when I became pregnant for the very first time Ken and James celebrated….and a bet was made…Ken made a $5 bet that I was having a girl…..James went for the boy…and yes it was a boy……here is the $5….still in the original envelope…and these notes were taken out of circulation many years ago….this money had been sitting in Ken and Sheilas Kitchen for all those years……Ken felt this was the right time to pay his debt….Money and envelope will be treasured…just like their friendship…..
Happy Monday, take care, keep safe
