Another Journal cover….I have made two journal covers from these two pieces of fabrics….I purchases this fabric I would say 8 years ago…loving the fabric, but never knowing what to make with it…I am so pleased that I have finally used it….I sometimes wonder why I buy fabric and just hang onto it…I often find it hard to make that first cut….

  9. I feel the same way about some fabrics. Your cover though definitely does it justice.

  10. You were very brave cutting into some of your favourite fabric. I know exactly how you feel. Happy birthday to your first baby. That's a huge fish he caught. I'm having lunch with a special surprise visitor today. I'll take the camera.

  14. Happy birthday to #1 son. Did he keep the fish? Still recon you must have been under age.
I have fabric like that too. Some pieces are the same age as yours. I too will get to cutting them but for now they are petted and put back.
