A Little Shopping Trip....

I travelled to Dubbo last night (half an hour from Narromine) with three friends, the Fabric Shop in Dubbo was having a Leap Year Sale on the Friday, Jean the owner gave me a call on Tuesday and told me about her sale and offered to open up on Thursday Night if any of our 'Club Quilt' ladies wanted to come down, knowing that a lot of us work, it was very generous offer, and of course we couldn't knock back an offer like that...LOL...I forced myself to make some purchases ...LOL...I have seen but never used a 'Design Layout Sheet'...Jean had one there and showed us how it worked..well I just had to have one of those and I convinced my friend Dale from Day-days blog she also needed one (we also purchased one for our group)...and there was this little 'Singer Sewing Machine Tin' that was saying take me home..take me home...so I did....and a few more babies are happening with friends so I thought I could use these pink and blue fabrics...now you must remember these were all on sale....Peg ... :>) ...

  3. How sweet of the store owner to open up for you. Love your fabrics so soft and pretty, and that tin is just goegeous. The design sheet, is it like a design wall, where you preview blocks before putting them together in rows etc?

How's Ollie? Hope he's doing well now. I might have already said but I like your new header with his picture. Happy stitching.
