The weekend is done!!!!

Where did those three days go!!!!!

Just a bit more sewing yesterday, and the Carrot Cake, which was made in the Thermomix….I was happy with how the cake turned out…and the boys at work will have morning tea….

This and that…….

Long weekend for us and I hope to be back into the sewing room, this is what I have been doing over the past few days….as well as….

This is my new purchase a Thermomix….I have wanted one of these for so long….my lovely friend Karri supplied this little beauty to me….

so some of the weekend has been playing with this….…My DH has always done the cooking ……the reason being, he is usually home well before me from work, even when our boys were babies it was the same……I have always been the cake/slice girl….. I normally don’t get home until after 6…

so I have made pumpkin soup, red chicken curry (DH loved this), scrambled eggs, basic old vegetables, rice and today hopefully a carrot cake…..If anyone has some recipes to share I would love to hear from you and of course any tips…

Fin’s Quilt….
