There was so much traffic on the roads coming back from Margaret River to Perth.... We were diverted because of the fires it took a couple of extra hours .. And so much smoke my heart goes out to all those who have been affected by these devastating fires ....
Pleased you were still able to see some of our state. Would have been a slow trip home...

I enjoyed reading your blog. Oscar is such a cute little thing he seems to be enjoying eating the thumb. Your house looks lovely. I used to live in Australia and really miss it now I have returned to the UK. Margaret river is a lovely spot, you are so lucky to live there.
