I started these blocks - pleated log cabin, over 12 months ago at Cottage On The Hill....I have made 10...so this afternoon I am going to join them, as they are 'quilt as you go' and I am going to make a small table topper.....we are having some rain today...yippee....
These blocks are so unusual. I love them. Really like your fabric choices. Great job.
ReplyDeleteI love the pleated look. Are they hard to do. Your colours look warm and cuddly. Looks great. Great to see you have rain up there.
ReplyDeleteThose are so cute! I love it!
ReplyDeleteI've seen this done as a quilt and it was really effective. Quite heavy because you are sort or using double the fabric you normally would for a quilt top. Your colours look great.
ReplyDeleteI love the colours Peg - don't forget to show it when it's finished :0)
ReplyDeleteSo pretty. I've never done a pleated log cabin. Looking forward to seeing your completed table topper.

ReplyDeleteAny thoughts about a new finishing challenge? Either for the end of the year? Or the start of a new one?
