Angels Story....

This is the second of my blocks for "The Angels Story...... I have two more ready to start stitching.....

Number 3 Finished and a Welcome to Marc....

Need to do number three....

Have worked so hard today.....(my own book keeping service which is my weekend job...I need my head read).....but I do love it.....but its time to complete a challenge...so many ladies are up to their third and fourth challenge...I think even a couple are up to number 5....but remember no pressure for anyone, even if you only complete one....a finish is a finish....now this will be my number three....made from Shangrila...charms square....jelly roll....

Stina I have started....

Stina put out a challenge ....To complete "The Angels Story", I have had this on my do do list for a number of years and I thought this will make me do it....this is my first block, after completing this I had forgotten how much I had enjoyed doing buttonhole applique....thanks Stina...if you are a bit like me and need a little push sometimes go over and visit Stina and join her little Club...Members of Angel Story Club.....

Last week I received a little parcel from Hancocks of Paducah...this was on sale...

Moda...Symphony...by Sentimental Studios....the colours are just so rich....it is so cold today here in Narromine...not nice at all....

My new toy...

This arrived in the post yesterday if is an adjustable ruler designed here in Aus...it has a black fabric guide on the back and you move this to the desired size of the strip you want to cut lock it into place then that guide lines up with the straight edge of your fabric....great for all those funny measurements we have to cut.....then go for it...cut as many as you want only having to get the measurement right in the first place.....they can be purchased from Aussie Patches...Westalee Design Adjustable Ruler comes in several sizes...

Shaggy quilt...

Yesterday our group "Club Quilt" met and as always we had a great day...a friend of mine asked me to make a baby quilt for her which she wanted to give to a friend as a present...I needed something quick so I made this little shaggy quilt....so thats how I filled in my day.

My Babies turn 24......

These two little fellow are my twins.....how blessed I was....they turned 24 years old today....I have four joys in my life....these two, their older brother and my DH.....I love them all so much that sometimes it hurts......

This is another completed challenge by Marc...all those that made comments on her first challenge thank you so much, I forwarded all the comments to her and she was totally thrilled.

A little bit of stitching.........Cinberberry Stitches "Vintage Garden" .... block number two "Olive Treet Cottage".... this quilt is made up of 9 stitcheries, the completed quilt size is 53 inches square......
