I made my first one last weekend also Peg.....and another on Tuesday.....I think they are a little addictive - an awesomely quick finish for OPAM when the numbers aren't up for the month :)
Lovely colour! This wool does create a great shape. I have the same wool in pink waiting to be knitted up. Even though we are moving into warmer weather (hopefully) I shall knit it up ready for the Autumn or a chilly spring day. x
How pretty, Peg. I bought yarn in London last year and made it whilst G was in hospital. Now these pretty yarns are everywhere - but haven't seen one like mine yet! You'll feel very special wearing it, that's for sure.
love it peg... nice choice of colour.... next time I go into the city ( 2.5 hours away) will check out Spotlight to see if I can get a few balls to have a playtime myself
I LOVE this!! It is gorgeous! And thank you for letting me take my time and get better so I could be a part of the OPAM. I am actually sewing and posting and linking to you!!! I am so proud and thankful.

Looks great, nice and lacy and lovely colour. I have finished mine too!!! Its variegated purple will post tomorrow. Was soooooo much fun to knit, only took 2 nights. My wool is a different style to yours. It is called fishnet and isn't as lacy. I have some of the wool like you used as well and it is great to see what it looks like finished. Would make fabulous quick gifts.
