Top done for number three son........

The quilt top is together for number three son....we have a chocolate futon in our dining room so I think this should go well on Josh's new lounge, what do you think?....I have ordered some border fabric it should be here this week I hope....the fabric is a Moda Fabric....Twiggy.....we have had little showers of rain all day, so an excellent day for a bit of sewing.....enjoy the rest of your day...

Whats on today

Whats on today.....the first photo is the quilt I have started for number three son and girlfriend hope to get some of the row sewn together and the next project is a sneak peak on another project I am working on....need to get some stitcheries drawn on fabric today as well...so much to do so little time to do it in.......overcast here today we may get a little bit if rain...enjoy your day.....

I just could not help myself.....this is a Stitchery of the Month Club, by Mulberry Tree...I know why would I want another stitchery...but look at it...how cute is it......I have no control, its all your fault Maree you made yours look so nice....the first stitchery had been done by one of my favourite designers Rosalie Quinlan...hope you are all having a great week, mine has been so hectic again...

Look what has arrived in the post for me......I joined Marc's PIF earlier this year and this is what she had made for me.....what can I say....this is totally awesome....I have been blown away...Marc this is just so darn generous....all my favourite colours and as everyone knows I am a stitchery freak.....Marc from the bottom of my heart thankyou so very much...I am sending a great big cyber hug to you.....and what about the cute little note book that was also included...now how lucky am I.......And I am sending one of those big hugs to you to Lynda.....you do spoil me..... Another Finish.....

Well "Isn't Christmas Jolly" by Mary Engelbreit...this is the fabric I have used in this little table runner...black Christmas fabric, 'whodathoughtit'...LOL.......The thread that I used was a variegated red which goes into such a deep red it is nearly black......but I was very happy with my finished product, so very bright and happy.......The stitchery is "A Christmas Wish" by Cinderberry Stitches. How good it that another finish......whoopie......Have a great day...

A perfect day...

Club Quilt today and we did have a lovely day...delicious morning and afternoon teas, nice lunch but most of all the best company and the opportunity to stitch what more could one ask for....I worked on my quilt for number three son and girlfriend, more on that one later, but this project I started on yesterday and it is just about finished, hopefully I will get that completed tonight. I do hope you all had a great day.....

just a little purchase from a new online store.....

and I have made a little purchase ........Moda Twiggy Jelly Roll...my son Josh and his girlfriend Christina (Teen) have purchased a new lounge...chocolate in colour...I remember DH and I the first lounge we purchased was also chocolate, so Josh asked his Mummy to make a quilt how could I say no.....I think these colours should go very nicely with his new lounge...now all you lovely ladies please just take a minute and pop over and check out Sarah's new online store, happy shopping......the little button on the first photo was attached to the packaging of the Jelly Roll, how cute is that.....enjoy your day and thanks so much for popping by......

"Fresh Eggs"...anyone....

Last months stitchery for the free BOM...Willowberry Designs..Verandah Views...these are such sweet little stitcheries...I must get back on track and do this months....who else is doing this BOM?..............Can you believe it is Thursday again and what makes it worse, it is the 18th June ....end of financial year is just around the corner...oh no.....am I ready....????????......I guess I will get there I always do......LOL...have the best day everyone and thanks always for dropping by and I am so sorry I have just been so darn slack in my blog reading....but I will try and lift my game...

All completed Lise... Here is my finished stitchery...all ready to find a cosy little spot in our home....can't believe it, another finish, I am just so excited......LOL......

Nearly Finished.....

Close to another finish.....This lovely stitchery was given to me by Lise, a very thoughtful gift, I actually completed the stitching last year...just a few more stitches on the bind and it will be completed, with any luck I can show you the finished product tomorrow....hope you are all having a fantastic day..
