My EQ7 upgrade has arrived………..a few months ago Electric Quilt Company sent out and email to say an upgrade will be available for EQ6…..it was such a fantastic price how could a girl knock it back….so look what arrived in the post…I did use EQ6 a few times but no where near as much as I should have…so new challenge….Use EQ7 …….….So who else has received the upgrade?….I have made some progress with my “Angel Story” blocks, with any luck, I should get one completed tonight, gee there is a lot of stitching in these….hope you all have a great day……..don’t forget to take a little ‘me’ time…

take care Peg…:>)

  1. Hi Peg, seems you got the same offer as me so i took it up as well. Mine arrived while i was away & i've not had time to do anything with it this week. I didn't play with EQ6 as much as i should've either so my goal is similar to yours. :) Hugs, Jeanette

  2. I've never tried it before, but am interested in knowing what you think. My friend had EQ5 and HATED it, so I've been a little hesitant to use it. Could you maybe review it once you've used it a few times for those of us who have never used it?

  4. I got EQ7 and have played with it a bit.... How come it doesn't do something simple like tell you how much fabric to buy for a back? or for binding? Unless I'm missing something after I design a quilt I have to get out the calculator for the rest.

  10. My EQ7 is on its way. I bought EQ6a couple of years ago, but haven't played with as much as I intended to. To be honest, not much at all... A lot to learn, and my "problem" is priority! :)Hope I'll do better with the new one...

  12. I am still using my EQ5,and I do use it quite a bit. I am in a round robin and just recently figured out how to take a photo of the quilt and import it into EQ so that I can audition different borders before actually sewing.
