Like you I received a stitchery in my SSCS parcel. I have been busy stitching it ( not quite finished) but I am also not sure what I will do with it when I am finished. So I am not going to be much help. I will be watching to see what you do decide. My stitchery is a Christmas one so I might leave it for a few months and see what Christmas ideas I have later.
Lalia sent me one of these stitcheries with a swap parcel some time ago too. Yours looks great in colour, I did mine in all red. I was going to make mine into a bag or tablerunner but haven't yet. http://dragonfly-crafts.blogspot.com/2009/02/redwork-stitchery.html
Peg I am sure you'll wave your magic wand and create something beautiful! How you get so much done always surprises me.. you must not have a full time job, a horrid cat, a cheeky dog, three kids and a nagging hubby! I am thinking that stitchery would be lovely on a pocket on a very 'spring' bag :O)
What a lovely design. How big is it? It could be a beautiful journal cover.
ReplyDeleteWhat a little sweety, can't wait to see the finished product.

I am seeing it as part of a cushion cover. It is lovely.
ReplyDeleteOh that stitchery is so cute! It would look great on the front of a bag of some sort! :0)
ReplyDeleteVery cute stitchery Peg.
ReplyDeleteWhatever you make it into it will be beautiful. Happy days.

ReplyDeleteHi Peg, I can see that cute stitchery on the pocket of a bag maybe? Lisa
ReplyDeleteToo sweet - pocket of an apron gets my vote!
ReplyDeletePretty stitchery. I think it would make a cute wall hanging. Its a good little saying.
ReplyDeleteI think it would look nice with a patchwork border and then framed with a wooden frame. It's beautiful.

ReplyDeleteCute little stitchery. Would look good as part of a cushion cover Peg.
ReplyDeleteI will not acquiesce in on it. I assume nice post. Expressly the title-deed attracted me to be familiar with the unscathed story.
