How quickly things change.........
I was doing this post below on Tuesday when my brother rang, my mum had a fall in the garden and tripped over the hose...so after spending three hours at the Narromine Hospital she was transfered to Dubbo Hospital, 4 more hours, x-rays, specialist...she had snapped off the ball in her hip, surgery, at that point they were not sure about the socket as this may have to be replaced as well...next day....surgery was to be at 9am postponed then 1pm postponed 2.30 postponed finally 4.30 she left her room....my mum has always been very active...so she was lucky only a half hip replacement was done...all well long road ahead but she is positive....
