Hearts….
This is what I am working on at the moment…6 lovely free stitcheries designed by Stina, they are just so nice to stitch thanks Stina……..and I have decided to try this thread, it is lovely thread to use, I am using the first colour.
Club Quilt yesterday and I made this slice
Choc/Caramel Slice
1 chocolate cake mix…add 125g melted butter…add one handful of white choc bits (Nestle – broken up)…place in slice tin that has been lined with baking paper….cook in moderate oven 7 min…remove pour over 1 tin of Top n Fill Caramel (Nestle) which has been pre-warmed in the microwave for 1 min….return to the oven for approx 25-30 mins….remove…let stand 10 mins….melt 1 large Cadbury chocolate over boiling water…..spread over slice….chill and serve…….very rich but yummy….
take care Peg ….:>)
