Blast from the past...

Magic Hexagons......After doing this quilt at Cottage on the Hill a few years ago we had a day at our group Club Quilt, also a few years back........ the hexagon is made by using a template, so very easy and quick....I have done each hexagon from a different fabric not repeating any and it was made from scraps.....lots of fun....have a great day...

  1. Beautiful! So many hexagon projects going on right now I've noticed. I love them so but dislike the idea of handwork.

  3. I love your hexagon quilt. Was this one of the patterns where part was done on the machine or is it all hand stitched? I love hand work and keep buying those little packages of the hexagon paper pieces. Also really like your coin quilt. A great idea for all of those jelly rolls and honey buns we've bought.

  4. Just gorgeous!! I started a quilt like this years ago, but didn't have the patience to finish it. (you must have a lot of patience and determination. Great job.
