Tomorrow Club Quilt are going on a road trip…to a little quilting shop in Cobar…..it’s about a 2.5 hour drive west…it should be a fantastic day, I ‘m sure I will have lots of photos on our return…

Tuesday Treasures…..a few years back I was big into making Teddies……this one is a little bit special, I finished this Ted the day my eldest son went off to Uni …….whenever I missed Luke, which was every day, (and still is every day) this little fellow was there for me to cuddle…..(the things mothers do)….…..I can remember when I trimmed his nose it took me hours….

Yesterday at Club Quilt I started making some of the blocks for the “Simple Pleasures” quilt….the stitcheries need to appliquéd onto each plain block…..finished another block last night so that is 6 down and 6 to go……
its Monday again, the weekend seems to just fly……..

OK Dawnie…this is your fault…(LOL)…..this is another of my purchases from Cottage On The Hill…Scandinavia Christmas by Lynette Anderson….It really called me…I kept saying “no”…but Monday morning when we popped out to see Kerry to pick up our purchases I couldn’t resist any longer….how’s that for willpower I lasted three days, I am getting better….LOL…

Cyber Quilting 2008…this was one of the projects…The finishing kit of fabrics I purchased at Cottage On The Hill in 2008, and guess where it was sitting…that’s it, on one of my shelves in the sewing room… but not any more….12 little stitcheries and I have done 3…..9 to go…..I should be ashamed of myself the number of kits I have sitting around that I have purchased…..new goal….(to be added to the huge list I already have)….to finish some of the kits…..I am sure I have said this before…..LOL…

Tuesday Treasures…..my little collection of old sewing machines…..The first one covered with one or two nick knack's….LOL….purchased for me by number one son…number 2 found on EBay…number 3 purchased by number two son…..number 4 found on EBay…and I did show you my other one which was a previous Tuesday Treasure…..so I have 5 in total…….I love them all…
