Back at it.....

To say I have been super slack using my thermie is an understatement....
I had a bash at making bread....
funny shape I know but I am having a problem finding some tins....
any suggestions, we tried several places in Dubbo but no luck...
Happy Sunday...

  6. Um, TM Essentials an online thermie place have a loaf tin, bit expensive (have not bought one, nor am I affiliated with the site), it looks good. Otherwise ebay had some and I bought one at Woollies, which is ok.

  7. When I started to 'bake' my bread in my crockpot I first took a set of pliers and
bent up the edges of a bread pan to fit in the crockpot. That did not work well so I went to the local Dollar store and got a smaller bread pan that fits wonderfully! I set my crockpot on high and set the timer for 2 hours, 10 minutes. I know my bread is perfect when it temps to 210 degrees F. I love homemade breads so keep at it.
