I thought I would share with you a photo of Lukes Wedding rings..
Yes the big one is his...LOL
The other ring was my mums wedding ring....not her original one as it had worn thry many many years ago, so my dad bought this one for her, I guess it was about 40 years ago...when mum passed away Luke asked if he could have mums wedding ring...it was enlarged and now it sits on Kylies finger.....
Mum would have been so proud...
Peg I just want to smooch that little man he is so far beyond gorgeous and getting a nice crop of hair. The rings are beautiful you sure bet she would have been proud.x

That is so beautiful. Our son wears his Great grandmothers very wide solid good band which was resized for him...it is so special to see.

He is the sweetest little fellow Peg. Such a lovely story behind the wedding ring - my wedding and engagement rings are made from my Nanna's wedding ring and my mum's first wedding ring.

ReplyDeleteOccie is delightful.... I have my mum's and my gran's wedding rings.... they are special. My eldest son (the only one married) got my mom's engagement ring for his wife. I think it's a lovely way to keep the ring in the family

I do so want another little grandie - but no one is offering one currently!!!lol. Sometimes I just really need beautiful little body to hold and cuddle and draw in that gorgeous baby scent. Good things come to those who wait - don't they? And how special is it that your son cherished your mums wedding ring so much to give it to his bride and it is just lovely that your DIL treasures it as much as he does!
