Looking at a new model….

Big Joe has been…..very sad news …..my poor air con had died…..

Wonder if I can work with this new super improved model…..

LOL

  1. some are getting a cool change on Fri or Sat but there is no reprive in sight for us Peg.........hope he can install a new one ASAP......atleast it's not mid 40's........

  4. Oh no Big Joe is not the miracle worker we had hoped he would be. Better get on the phone to our other man Harvey and see if he can get one installed ASAP and tell them you have swaps to finish and you simply can't work under those conditions lol. K xx

    How did our ancestors survive.. out west .. with no air con? Mind you .. how did WE survive our childhood without it?…

  15. oh my goodness... in the wee hours whenI was awake they were discussing this on the radio.... apparently they used to hang wet sheets over the doors/windows... so you have the right idea... it does look funny though... my very best trick is a wet hand towel round the neck...
