And this set is the ‘icing on the cake’ of all my gorgeous treasures….I can remember the first time I saw this set at my MIL’s she was not my MIL at that time, I fell in love with it…..packed away in a cupboard very rarely used, but, it did some out for my kitchen tea, which was held at my MIL’s by my SIL’s……...and now it is mine…I was so excited when James bought this one home…...

I am hoping to join Wendy and the girls tonight….are you!!!!

Happy Friday, take care, keep safe

  2. The china is beautiful! What is the pattern, if you don't mind my curiosity?? Enjoy it...my Scottish grandma said to use it, it keeps it in good shape that way. (I have some lovely things from her :-)

  13. What lovely china you have received. neither of my grandparents 'did' china although I do have one set from my maternal grandmother. What I do have is 13 sets of trio's that were given to my children from a grandmother figure in their lives, given when she knew she was dying. They are all Royal Doulton mainly from 1930's. They were only a few of what she had.
