Oh my goodness!!! I love this!! I wanted to tell you that I haven't been a good OPAM participant because of rotator cuff issues. I have been miserable but finally know what has to be done. I promise when I am able I will join you again!!! Bear with me unless you want to take me off the list this year!!! I will be a better participant next year!!!
