I stitched around each of the spools… and then…………….
I actually purchased this pounce pad a couple of years ago….and I have never used it….how bad is that….
I only have white chalk, a different colour would have been better but I can work with this…
This is the first time I have used stencils as well, and I am just so pleased with my efforts….looks like the pounce pad is a winner…..
And I am going to have a bash at doing these tonight….clam shells….I have joined Jossie’s Clam Shell Club…..not sure how I am going to go with these…enjoy your day….

I've been debating about using the pounce pad. I bought one awhile back. After seeing how well your markings came out, I think l'll give it a go. Your quilting looks great. Good job on the stitching.
