Easter Saturday and the rain is falling which is fantastic, not good for my family as they have headed off to the dam for some fishing, I think they might get there and turn around and come home...oh dear....number two son and his girlfriend are home for a few days, but they did not arrive until 3pm yesterday so it was a very late lunch we actually sat down at 4.45..my DH had purchased a smoker so yesterday was trial day, this is a photo of the trout before and after, very quick, these took less than half an hour, as well as this my boys and maybe hopefully future DIL's devoured, Ling done on the BBQ, prawn cutlets, salt and pepper squid with several different salads....every one was starving at that time of the day, even though we did have a plate of nibbles before hand...LOL.....I hope you all had a fantastic day as well.... 
Looks interesting (the fish). Great that you are having some rain. You will have to send so down wards. Have a great easter with your family.

How yummy, Peg. I made fish stew for tea last night, and very good it was too, along with lemon delicious pud. Tomorrow will be hot cross buns for brekky and probably too much chocolate during the day! Happy Easter.
