Even hotter today I think..


NPNT finished these two blocks a couple of days ago...just have to add the borders, I must get back into this one as well......it was 6am when I took this photo this morning, it is just so still, the temperature was 22 degrees (Celsius), at 7 am it was 25 and it did get to 40 yesterday and today is going to be even hotter, a few clouds around, maybe, just maybe we might get some rain....have a fab day... More challenges..."Calendar Quilt Challenge"....please see side bar....check this one out, this should be lots of fun as well....

  5. I'm not liking the hot weather ether but I am getting lots of stitching done in from of the air conditioner because its too hot to go outside.

  6. Oh, Peg - I'm taking advantage of the excuse to use the aircon and stay indoors - at least you are still getting some nice stitching done!

  7. Can you imagine it is -21C in our part of the Netherlands with 15 cm snow? I am a winter person, don't like the heat, but this is just a bit too cold. Fortunately I don't have to go out the next couple of days. Extra hours to work on the Red Delicious!

  8. Love your block... nice! I am working on my NPNT too. I would like to have that be one of my first finishes this year. I am going with wall size instead of a full quilt. Looking forward to seeing more!

  16. Lovely stitching. A bit warmer today but still very windy here .. not much of a summer so far. Good stitching weather though!

  17. it is -5-10-15 degrees here too, depending of the time of day, AND we have problems - I mean the country, not our house - with our gas supply, because of the Ukraine Russia conflict. so you can imagine how I would enjoy your hot days... and how I pray that the conflict will be over, before we run out of gas...
