New Free Motion Quilting Foot

Just before Christmas I purchased a new foot for my sewing machine....I have a Janome Memory Craft 6600P and our local Janome agent, Janome Jean we call her - rang and said that she had some new products....Free Motion Quilting Foot/Bobbin Holder for Free Quilting....well I just had to have one (informed my friends Dale and Kerry and they were with me)...so this is the first chance I have had to use it and it is brilliant.....so if any one has the same machine and you don't already have these attachments, I can definitely recommend them....

  1. I’m considering to buy a new sewing-machine and the Janome 6600 Memory Craft is on the list. I have been told though that the machine is very heavy though!?!?

  2. This Free Motion Quilting Foot sounds great. Machine quilting is something I definitely need to work on! I have a Janome Memory Craft 3500 - wonder if it would fit this?

  3. I recently purchased the Even Feed Quilting foot for my Janome Memory Craft 4800 for my first quilting experience. I now am wondering if there is a stippling or free motion foot for my machine. Has anyone tried the Big Foot with a 4800?

  4. What did your old foot look like?
I had a plastic one for freemotion than bought a recomended metal one similar to yours, except mine is horseshoe shaped. Love the metal one so much more. Glad you are loving yours too.
