All up to date with 'A Tisket A Tasket'.....block number four finished, just have to wait for block 5 now...how good is it to know that you are on track with a project?....Saturday tomorrow, a bit of sleep in, have been a bit tired this week....have a great day...
A Tisket A Tasket.....block number three....this is a Bunny Hills Design......I am working on block number four at the moment once this is done I will be up to date with this one as well, and this is also a free BOM........it is a beautiful day today here in Narromine, you know when the sky is that gorgeous blue, well that's what we have today.....enjoy your day...

Four lovely days off but now back to work....oh so busy....I was a little behind in some of my BOM's ...Willowberry Designs...Verandah Views...I was able to play a little catch up over the weekend...we have had some lovely rain, still very overcast so fingers crossed...
Easter Monday and Easter is over again for another year...my baby boy Chris and his girlfriend Kate have gone back to the Central Coast, it was just so nice to have them home for a couple of days...I did get a bit of stitching done and I have prepared quite a few projects...My friend Lynda and I have decided we would start our "Butterfly Garden"..by Leanne Beasely...so lets hope I don't get side tracked by some other tempting project.......LOL.......have a great day

Easter Saturday and the rain is falling which is fantastic, not good for my family as they have headed off to the dam for some fishing, I think they might get there and turn around and come home...oh dear....number two son and his girlfriend are home for a few days, but they did not arrive until 3pm yesterday so it was a very late lunch we actually sat down at 4.45..my DH had purchased a smoker so yesterday was trial day, this is a photo of the trout before and after, very quick, these took less than half an hour, as well as this my boys and maybe hopefully future DIL's devoured, Ling done on the BBQ, prawn cutlets, salt and pepper squid with several different salads....every one was starving at that time of the day, even though we did have a plate of nibbles before hand...LOL.....I hope you all had a fantastic day as well....

My parcels are packed and they were sent yesterday in the post...they should hopefully be leaving the country very soon.....Linda has conducted a "Spring Swap" and what I have seen so far, it has been a huge success....Linda has these swaps down to a very fine art I think...everything is perfectly timed, she is one amazing lady......thanks Linda this has been so much fun, I ventured out of my little square once again.....
New project today, one Moda jelly roll, "Maypole"....some white homespun and this is the starting of my coin quilt....I have sewn all strips in groups of six or seven, cross cut into 5.5 inch sections, I then joined to make a strip about 48 inches long.....To the top and bottom of these strips, which I will alternate each time, I have added a 2 inch and 3 inch piece of white, which will give an up/down look to the rows....my outside border strip is 3 inches and the joining white pieces I have cut 2.5 inches.....not sure if I will get any more done today but it is a start....hope you are all having a productive day.... 
What a glorious autumn day.....the sun is shining, not too hot, we had a bit of rain overnight which was just fantastic.....I have completed this little project, it is all wrapped up and is heading to...............???????????????....I do hope she likes it............have a fab day...
Now, I feel this is not a kit, I will tell you why.........last year I did buy the pattern at Nundle, this year when I returned the fabric was there to make up this pattern, yes it did have a pattern with it, but I already had that so I just purchased the fabric, so technically it is not a kit nor is it a fabric bundle with a pattern.....they are really just two nice purchases.....do you agree?? It is Friday again, have a great day...
