A most excellent alternative to zig zagging batting scraps together, which always stretched and altered the next flat batting into ripples ;(<br />One tip I would offer is overlap your batting bits just a hair and rotary cut a clean joint (removing the slivers above and below the joint) and you will find it is almost indiscernible. <br />I have gotten into the habit of joining scraps as soon as I get remnants.
