Decision has been made

I have decided (I think) to use reproduction fabrics for my version of “Gossip In the Garden”…

What did I do on retreat…..maybe not a lot…LOL

Well……I did some secret stitching…….and I did sew this little snowball table topper…

I tried to start on my version of “Gossip in the Garden”….I had taken fabric with me for this project…but…….I started and I was not happy with it…

so now I need to re-think my choice …

I am thinking maybe reproduction….I do have lots of bits and pieces….but will think about it a little bit longer…

so I guess, I must have done lots of talking as there is not a lot of show and tell…..LOL…but I did have fun….

Our weekend retreat at Carols was so darn good…..

amazing food and perfect company,there is nothing better….…June also came out for a few hours as well, but I was a bit slack on the photo taking this weekend…..

here we all are at FNSI……thanks so much Wendy..

Huge thank you to Carol and her DH a truly amazing couple, they are just so generous…..

…..and as for these ladies they are awesome…we did have such a good retreat…I know I have said this before, but I am blessed!!!!

Pat was ‘wowed’

My lovely friend Pat recently had a birthday…

Chez is running a fantastic birthday fat quarter swap….I am thrilled to be able to show you photos of Pats little haul…..…

The first photo are of the fabric gifts in the Fat 1/4 Swap, Pats gifts came from  Melody, Barb, Anthea, Kaylee, Sue, Sharon, Lyn, Claire and Wendy. 

The next one is all the lovely extra gifts that Pat received with her fabric from these lovely ladies,

and the last one is her special prezzie  from Shez…Pat said to me “you know that I was so excited when I opened this one”. 

Pat also said “I opened them all on my Birthday, which made them all extra special, the temptation was hard as some came a week before, but it was worth the wait”…..Pat was totally thrilled with all of her gifts…….such amazing generous gifts from wonderful blogging friends…
