Here she is……
Please meet my new Janome Horizon sewing machine….I have been looking at this new model since it came out……I was happy with my 6600P…….I did mention to the local Janome Dealer that if I could get the right money for my old one I would take the plunge…within a few days I had a lady ring me and yes she wanted my machine and she was happy to pay what I wanted…so I had to sell it then LOL…..I thought my 6600P was good but this is a “dream”….I just love her…..
So this was my surprise…..
have a fab day…take care Peg…:>)
Humor is the great thing, the saving thing. The minute it crops up, all our irritation and resentments slip away, and a sunny spirit takes their place.
Well done Peg, it is a lovely looking machine, haven't used one so it's good to hear it's better than the 6600
ReplyDeleteLove my 6600P so if it's better than that it must be excellent!
ReplyDeleteNice Machine Peg you lucky girl.
ReplyDeleteHugs Mary.

woohoo - lucky you!!
ReplyDeleteI saw one of these demonstrated when I was in Adelaide - nice machine.
Best of luck with your new machine! I am sure it will get tons of use!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh Peg! The new machine is absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to see all the treasures you create. I have been thinking about a new machine. Though mine is only 3 years old, it is a Pfaff that I purchased new when I first started quilting, it is the bare bones model. I would like something with a few more features and the deeper throat. I have been looking at the Janome's because so, many quilters love them. I'm really anxious to hear how you like this new one. I was wondering about your lovely machine cover...is that a pattern that I can look for or did you design it for your machine? I have been throwing a flour sack cloth over over mine each night. I really need to make a cover and yours looks like exactly what I want. Hugs...
ReplyDeleteWow Peg!!!!!!! Congratulations!!! You're going to be creating at twice the speed now - your new machine is just beautiful hon, good for you!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful surprise!
ReplyDeleteOh Lucky Lucky you. I have been drooling over this machine myself.
ReplyDeleteI have been hoping my machine will pack it in so I have a good excuse for a replacement. It is not working though. The Horizon has a lot of excellent features. I think I'm going to get a second job or a second mortgage on the house!!!
Have fun with it. Drool Drool.
What a fantastic looking machine; and congratulations on being the owner! I am sure this machine will be a worthy stitching companion for you!Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteLucky lucky you, I might just want the same sewingmachine!! ;-)
ReplyDeleteI hope you can tell us all how you like it..
Wow Peg, that is a treasure indeed. Just know you will have many happy hours sewing on her.
ReplyDeleteOh I'm so envious. I've been drooling over the one in the local fabric shop for months now. Wishing you many happy hours of sewing :D!
