This is my second project for Finns challenge....this one also folded up in the cupboard...not sure what I am going to use for backing on this one.....I think this would make a lovely table topper for my outdoor setting...
Hey Peg! WOW! How could you have kept this cutie in the cupboard!! Even though I'm the 'Anti-Pink' I can't resist when it's paired with pink and these tones are GORGEOUS together - good eye, Peg! Oh, I can just see it now, spread over a lovely outdoor table, set with pretty china cups, a matching teapot, milk jug and sugar bowl nearby and plates of yummies to tempt! SIGH! Can't wait to see it finished and on your table!! Raining here today - YAY! - think that makes it a 'stay home and stitch' sort of day! Have a great weekend, Peg! Bear Hugs! KRIS (Tag Along Teddies)
Thank you very much for sharing. Through your blog, a lot of people including me of course have a chance to read and learn from. I have read some of your post and I really enjoyed reading it. Thanks again and looking forward for more of your posting soon!
That is simply lovely. Those fabrics are great. I am assuming that the flowers with the crean and pink in the border is a striped fabric. It's fabulous!
You make some some very (very) lovely quilts, but I have to admit that this is my favorite. I looove the square in a square look, and those colors! The soft mauve, pink, green, white... So wonderful:)
No Peg It would make a lovely table topping for My House LOL I love it .
