Nine Patch Baby Quilt….I have also made a baby bag to go with this quilt…I need to do a little bit of hand sewing to finish it off, but I will show that tomorrow…...
I have made this for the chef and his wife who have just had their second baby, a little girl… they both run the Restaurant at the Bowlie Club where my DH is the Manager, they are a lovely Chinese couple and they do look after my DH very well…. I think they experiment on James with their food as DH loves very hot chilli food….if you are ever in Narromine and you go to the Bowlie…order “Jimmies Mongolian Lamb,” bound to blow your mind…..LOL….

This is a simple block, but by using pretty fabric and an interesting layout the result is quite stunning. I've put this on my 'to remember for the future' list. Lucky baby and couple who get this.

Will keep that in mind...my hubby's a bit of a hot chilli freak too...went to a chinese restaurant once and asked for the hottest he could get....still ate the lot and they couldn't believe it!
