“Hexie Quilt” by Leanne Beasley….well here is my first hexie flower……only 139 hexie flowers to go…LOL….

So did any one else join up….????

  6. Oh those remind of my first go at patchwork when I was much younger. I still have a tatty old pincushion that I made with two hex sewn together.

  8. Lovely hexie Peg. I'm not starting (yet). Papers, template and glue pen are on my shopping list for the quilt show but I really should start Pies and Tarts - I have all the kits ready to go.

  10. Oh Peg! This is just beautiful! I love your fabric choices, too. Ikeep looking at the quilt trying to decide if I should start it...like I NEED another project. I may live vicariously through yours. LOL Just lovely. :)

  11. A great start! I am paper piecing my version of Candied Hexagons using Sue Daley's papers and templates; using different shapes I make up largish hexagons and then piece them together.
