Today I needed to think…..and for me to do this well, I need to sew……
Take Care Peg….:>)….
You cannot plough a field by turning it over in your mind.
It all Looks Lovely Peg...Hope you Managed to clear your Head...I Think we can all Relate to what you are Saying...cheers
Isn't it amazing how relaxing the hum of the machine can be. Hope it helped & you enjoyed the journey towards finishing more beautiful things. Tracee xx
Your projects are coming up so nicely....Hope you can have a good rest tonight and enjoy the rest of the weekend. Take care.
What a beautiful project. Sewing can almost be like meditating sometimes.
Hope you got to do plenty of thinking. Charmaine
I can absolutely agree that sewing is a great way to clear the head ,it can take you to a place of peace where time stands still . I hope your lovely sewing did the trick for you .
This is a different Sheila - LOL.Both projects are lovely - hope you got the answers you wanted whilst sewing:)
Good to see you making more progress on your Gardener's Journal! :0)
good to see some GJ progress.........sometimes we all need to take time..........
Peg, I can relate completely. That's why stitching is such a refuge for me when I can't sit at my sewing machine. Is that Gail's Little Bird Set you are working on? Such a wonderful set. Enjoy your time working on your beautiful pieces and as Sheila said, clearing your head, or just pondering the things you need to focus on. Warm thoughts and Big Hugs...
what beautiful stitching, looks like it'll be a gorgeous quilt when finished. I have to agree with you, I too have alot on my mind particually this week with decisions needed to be made...looking forward to sewing today...time to think!!!
Such beautiful projects while meditating, Peg - you'd have to have beautiful thoughts while working on those! Love your quote, how true is that.
Hope your day sewing was peaceful and thoughtful xx
Peg,I love reading your quotes/comments at the end of your posts!Kylie
Some of my best thinking is while sewing quietly in my room. Very pretty stitchings!
