Here she is……

Please meet my new Janome Horizon sewing machine….I have been looking at this new model since it came out……I was happy with my 6600P…….I did mention to the local Janome Dealer that if I could get the right money for my old one I would take the plunge…within a few days I had a lady ring me and yes she wanted my machine and she was happy to pay what I wanted…so I had to sell it then LOL…..I thought my 6600P was good but this is a “dream”….I just love her…..

So this was my surprise…..

have a fab day…take care Peg…:>)

Humor is the great thing, the saving thing.  The minute it crops up, all our irritation and resentments slip away, and a sunny spirit takes their place.

  1. Well done Peg, it is a lovely looking machine, haven't used one so it's good to hear it's better than the 6600

  20. Oh my gosh Peg! The new machine is absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to see all the treasures you create. I have been thinking about a new machine. Though mine is only 3 years old, it is a Pfaff that I purchased new when I first started quilting, it is the bare bones model. I would like something with a few more features and the deeper throat. I have been looking at the Janome's because so, many quilters love them. I'm really anxious to hear how you like this new one. I was wondering about your lovely machine cover...is that a pattern that I can look for or did you design it for your machine? I have been throwing a flour sack cloth over over mine each night. I really need to make a cover and yours looks like exactly what I want. Hugs...

  22. Oh Lucky Lucky you. I have been drooling over this machine myself.
I have been hoping my machine will pack it in so I have a good excuse for a replacement. It is not working though. The Horizon has a lot of excellent features. I think I'm going to get a second job or a second mortgage on the house!!!
Have fun with it. Drool Drool.
