They are done..

IMG_4187

Every day I set myself goals……and It is always great when you achieve….I have this little motto….”self satisfaction is the best satisfaction”……and I have achieved one of my goals…. This is it…the last block….I have now completed all the appliqué on my Angel Story blocks…

It is amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it…..I completed these three blocks in a week and a half……now I need to add some borders to these little babies and then I can start joining all the blocks…

  2. I can't wait to see them all stitched together into the quilt top! The coulours you've used are just gorgeous Peg, it is going to be a wonderful quilt!
I've sent away your pin order! It cost $4.50 to post, which is pretty good. I have to go to the bank tomorrow, so I will find out my deposit details then. Big hugs, and again, thankyou!!!

  6. Congratulations on completing all your blocks.Mine are still in their plastic zip lock bag with all the threads etc... waiting for me to come rescue them.Mmmm must be that muffled screaming I can hear coming from the sewing room now and then when the house is quiet lol.I must rescue them and start working on the blocks over the next few months. Thanks for the incentive :) Barb.
